WordPress & WooCommerce FAQ

What PHP version does the plugin require?

The Kiyoh WooCommerce plugin requires PHP 7.4 or higher. We recommend PHP 8.1+ for optimal performance alongside WordPress 6.x and WooCommerce 8.x.

Can I customise which order status triggers the review email?

Yes. In the plugin settings you can select any WooCommerce order status — completed, processing, or even custom statuses from third-party fulfilment plugins.

Is the plugin compatible with WordPress multisite?

The plugin works on individual sites within a multisite network. Activate it per-site and configure each store's API key independently.

Will the plugin conflict with my caching or security plugins?

No. The plugin sends review invitations server-side via the Kiyoh API after order status changes. It doesn't inject front-end JavaScript that could conflict with caching layers or WAF rules.
