What Shopify API permissions does the app need?
The Kiyoh app requests read access to orders and shop information only. It never accesses payment data, customer passwords, or store admin settings.
Does Kiyoh work with Shopify Plus?
Absolutely. Shopify Plus merchants can install the app on their primary store and any expansion stores. Each store can have its own Kiyoh API key and review settings.
Can I send review invitations in multiple languages?
Yes, through the Kiyoh KV integration. Combined with Shopify Markets, you can match invitation language to each customer's region automatically.
Will the app slow down my Shopify storefront?
No. Review invitations are processed server-side via webhooks. The optional review widget loads asynchronously and won't affect your store's Lighthouse score.
