Kiyoh is proud that all the reviews on our platform are authentic; but how do we achieve this? The internet can sometimes be unsafe, and this is also true in the world of online reviews. That’s why we have a specialized moderation team at Kiyoh – to keep our platform as safe as possible. In this article, we take you for an exclusive look behind the scenes at Kiyoh!

Write your Kiyoh review in less than 60 seconds!

Step 1: Submit Your Review

After your purchase, you will automatically receive an invitation from the Kiyoh platform to write a review, or you can simply leave your review via the Kiyoh platform itself. Here you can leave a score out of ten (this counts towards the average score of the reviewed company), answer some questions, leave your own note, and even upload photos!

Step 2: Are you really a customer?

Of course, only real customers are allowed to leave a review. This is the difference between a secure platform like Kiyoh and an open platform like Trustpilot and Google! If you leave your review via the invitation you received in your mailbox, your review will automatically proceed to step 3.

For reviews you leave on your own initiative, an extra security measure is required. To prevent our platform from being flooded with inauthentic reviews, an additional security measure will be requested: submitting your purchase receipt.

The Kiyoh moderation specialists then verify the information on your receipt with your corresponding purchase. Once this is done, your review immediately proceeds to step 3.

Step 3: Let’s keep Kiyoh safe and clean together!

A Kiyoh review must meet a few conditions to be allowed on our platform; these are in place to ensure the safety of you, the company, and our platform. In step 2, we saw how only real customers are allowed to leave a review. In step 3, we deploy Kiyoh moderation to ensure that: a) no duplicate reviews are posted on our platform, b) no personal information is visible in the reviews, and c) there are no swear words or personal insults in the reviews.

At Kiyoh, we strive to moderate your reviews within 72 hours so that they can be on the web as quickly as possible!
